Director & Technical Advisor

Dr Bruce Christensen

Bruce is Senior Vice President with Master Builders Solutions Admixtures US, responsible for commercial leadership across the US and Canada. Bruce also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Ready Mix Concrete Research & Education Foundation. Bruce worked for the previous business owner, BASF Construction Chemicals division, for over 15 years, holding an array of Technology Innovation, Operational and Marketing roles in the Americas and Asia Pacific, including Chief Technology Officer (Construction Materials). Prior to that, Bruce worked for Degussa Construction Chemicals and before, as a research scientist for bio-degradeable packaging developments with E.Khashoggi Industries. Bruce obtained his PhD. in Materials Science & Engineering from NorthWestern University in Illinois. 

Director & CFO

Miguel Perry

Miguel is Group CFO for Clean Resources. Miguel previously held CFO positions with AIM-listed African Minerals and FTSE-listed ENRC, as well as advising Shandong Iron & Steel on its acquisition and restructuring of its Tonkolili iron ore project in Sierra Leone. Miguel was previously an Audit & Assurance Partner with PWC in Switzerland and Russia, in the Global Energy & Natural Resources division. Miguel qualified as a Chartered Accountant, after graduating from the UK's University of Essex. 

Head of Operations – ReCinis

Nick Taylor

Nick is Head of Operations for the ReCinis business. Nick previously worked for Royal Bank of Canada as European Head of Natural Resources Investment Bank and before, for Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong & London, in similar roles. Nick began his career at PWC. Nick obtained his Masters in Natural Science from the UK's University of Cambridge. Nick consults to EMR Capital and is a non-executive director of Jubilee Metals Group Plc.

Chief Technology Officer – ReCinis

Tim Sambrook

Tim is Chief Technology Officer for ReCinis Upstream. Tim was previously CEO and Technical Business Development Manager for Maelgwyn Mineral Services, having worked as a metallurgist for SGS, Wolf Minerals and Mineco. Tim obtained his Masters of Chemistry at the UK's University of Oxford & his Masters of Science (Mining & Engineering) at the UK's Camborne School of Mines. Tim also served with the British military.

Senior Mine Engineering Advisor 

Chris Reardon

Chris has been a mining engineering profession for over 25 years in open cut mine planning, operations and management. Chris has retired as Sudan Country Manager for Orca Gold, while previously working as European Managing Director for Deswik. Chris also worked as Technical Director for Africa Minerals in Sierra Leone, for SRK Consulting as a Principal Mining Engineer and for KCGM as Chief Mining Engineer. Chris obtained his BSc. from the University of Queensland in Brisbane Australia.
